MSgt Jamil Vazquez-Perez
"How Mental Health Affects Teens"
Jamil is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. He graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He has worked as a Mental Health Counselor for the past four years in England for three different organizations providing services to children and adults. During this time, he worked for two years at the University of Cambridge providing counseling to students. For the past two years he has worked for the Suffolk Young Peoples Health Project (4YP) providing counseling to young people aged 12-25. Additionally, he and his wife were foster parents for 3 years in the state of Florida, he served as a court appointed child advocate for 2 years in Florida as well, and he is a certified sexual assault Victim Advocate. Jamil is also on active assigned to the 100th ARW at RAF Mildenhall. He is currently the Wellness Advocacy Team (WAT) program manager, leading a team of 9 Wellness advocates currently embedded in the 100th Security Forces Squadron and the 100th Maintenance Group. The Wellness Advocates proactively provide Wellness Advocacy for support services to all active duty and family members in their units by providing them with interpersonal support and a caring wingman. He currently lives on RAF Lakenheath with his wife and soon to be 16 year old son.

Capt Andrea Galeucia
"How Parents Can Help Their Teens"
Born in Western Massachusetts and completed a Master of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work, Northampton, MA., 2007. Credentialed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Worked as a civilian for many years as the Clinical Supervisor of a residential program treating adolescents with behavioral/emotional difficulties. Joined the USAF in 2016. Previous assignments include Keesler AFB and Incirlik AB, Turkey. Currently serving as Family Advocacy Officer at RAF Lakenheath. Additionally, provides mental health treatment for individuals, couples and families.

Dale Mace
"Help for the Currently Struggling"
Dale Mace is a college graduate with a BA in Education with minors in both psychology and Bible. For 25 years, he has worked in the area of youth ministry focusing on middle school and high school students. He has been working with military teenagers and their families for the past 13 years in the United Kingdom. Over the years, he has been a key speaker at camps, youth conferences, and other venues focusing on teenagers and their families. When he has downtime, he enjoys exploring new places, going to London to watch Dear Evan Hansen, going to the cinema, and relaxing with a good book.

Susan Doak
"How Teens Can Help Their Friends"
Susan Melendez Doak is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Newberg Counseling & Wellness, a group private practice in Newberg, Oregon. For 15 years, her clinical work has centered around helping teens and their families through mental health and relationship issues. She grew up as an "Army Brat" and graduated from General H. H. Arnold Highschool, in Wiesbaden, Germany. The diverse and colorful experiences of her life as a military kid have contributed to her passion to empower teens and families toward stronger relationships and emotional resilience. When she is not with clients, she enjoys dancing with her kids, hiking the sites in Oregon, gardening and going on walks with her Springer Spaniel.
